| Becoming a client with the Autism Treatment and Resource Center is a simple process and does not require an appointment to get started. Call our office at 218-740-5005 and we will send you a Client Packet containing:

Print the forms, fill them out completely and return the entire packet by certified mail to: Autism Treatment and Resource Center P.O. Box 16645 Duluth, MN 55816 Include your check or money order for $90 made out to ATRC for a review and specific dietary recommendations for individual needs. We will include a letter to client's primary requesting medical approval. Appointments with our DAN! doctor are only scheduled after completion of client packet. You do not have to live in our area to receive detailed dietary recommendations that are specific to the individual's needs. Our staff and medical volunteers can review the client packet and return an individualized diet plan to meet the needs of a person with ASD, wherever you live; and we will include a letter to the client's primary for medical approval. We can also refer you to a doctor in your area for further evaluations and testing with doctors who are experienced in Autism Spectrum Disorders. We will support you and stay connected throughout the process with phone calls, email's and further information.
