Student Experience: Provider of PCA services, they accept MA and waiver programs for
payment. They train college students and recent graduates going into health care,
behavioral sciences and other related fields to become PCA's for people with disabilities.

North Country R.I.D.E. They provide rehabilitative therapy for people with disabilities using
horses in a safe and effective equestrian program. Their Autism Pilot Project was very
successful and has been incorporated into their services.

Northland Health and Wellness: Dr. Greg Mongeon is a certified DAN! doctor with the
Autism Research Institute and practicing in Duluth, MN. His chiropractic office does not
accept medical insurance. Dr. Mongeon will be providing monthly clinic services to our
organization for people who may be lower income and have MA or other insurance, as our
organization will accept insurance. If you would like an immediate appointment with Dr.
Mongeon and are able to pay for his expert services, call his clinic at 218-722-4845. Dr.
Mongeon and his staff are very passionate and knowledgeable about helping people with
ASD.
Minnesota Autism Center (MAC): MAC is a provider of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
therapy that can be successful for many with ASD
and provide services up to age 21. They
have recently expanded services into northern Minnesota and they accept MA. Call their

Polinsky Children's Rehabilitation Center: As part of the SMDC Health System, they
provide a variety of therapeutic services for people on the spectrum including Speech
Therapy, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. They accept MA and other
insurance. Call

Scottish Rite Clinic for Childhood Language Disorders: They provide speech therapy
for non-verbal or other language disorders in children up to 8 years of age, their services

The Essence of Health: A health and wellness store where the owner Sharon Szukis, and
her staff, are very knowledgeable about natural health issues. They carry health and
wellness products, natural personal and nontoxic products that are helpful for people with

Behavioral Dimensions, Inc:
They provide in-home intensive behavioral intervention to children with ASD 5 years old and
younger. Their company is based out of the Twin Cities, but have expanded to providing
services in the Duluth area. They accept MA and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
